Summary:
Picci studies developmental and clinical cognitive neuroscience, using MEG/OPM-MEG to map maturation of brain networks in children and adolescents. The work complements NV-center diamond ensemble quantum sensing (DEER, NMR, T1 relaxometry) at pT/sqrt(Hz) sensitivity by pursuing the same field-sensing goals in a different physical platform.
