Singh leads MEG and OPM-MEG at CUBRIC, studying cortical oscillations and their relationship to the BOLD-fMRI signal, with clinical applications spanning epilepsy, schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease. His group works on both the neuroscience of rhythmic activity and the methods for measuring it, and he helped establish the UK MEG partnership that coordinates the national community. He is now developing OPM-MEG capability alongside conventional systems at Cardiff.
