Vivekananda is a clinical neurologist who applies OPM-MEG to epilepsy, including ictal recordings captured during seizures to localise epileptogenic tissue. His work focuses on presurgical evaluation, where the mobility and close scalp coupling of OPM sensors help capture and localise interictal and ictal activity that is difficult to record with fixed SQUID systems. He bridges the OPM-MEG methods development at UCL with clinical epilepsy practice.
